Shopping heaven of Hong Kong. Everything's cheap here and as you can see, everything is pretty hectic. I love this place!

Some of you might recognize this place from Walking in Hong Kong

PS: I will post a more natural photo when I get back here and the weather ain't shitty...this photo was taken just a day after a typhoon passed by (not through) Hong Kong...it was a depressing, but warm atmosphere

I have to say Cho, normally I am no longer impressed by photomatix HDRs, but when I review your gallery, there is a certain art and appearance to them, and I think you've got it mastered. I bow my head in appreciation. :worship: :faint: :worship:

Thanks so much Alex! I understand this kind of HDR is not really your thing, but I think it's the only way of editing I absolutely love to do. I really appreciate your appreciation...even more so because this isn't exactly your cup o' tea ;)

Thanks a lot! Hong Kong is indeed a very special place. For me personally because I have my family here and because I was born here, but I think it's pretty special for a regular tourist as well :)

How did you manage a HDR without ghosting people ? Is it a psuedo-hdr ? Other then that, I like the overall tone of the picture. Very nice, and you can't stop looking, cos you see everytime some new parts. :+fav: !

Ik neem mijn foto's altijd in .RAW en .JPG formaat..eigenlijk kan ik net zo goed alleen .RAW nemen want ik doe niks met de JPGs :giggle:

Met de .RAW foto's verander ik de exposure levels in de software die Canon heeft meegegeven (je verliest namelijk geen kwaliteit in .RAW) dus ik maak inderdaad nep of pseudo HDRs. Ik snap dat ik op deze manier de kwaliteit van een echte HDR mis, maar ik vind het belangrijker dat ik niet overal mijn tripod mee hoef te nemen. Echte puristen haten mij echter ;p
